Acceptance

By using CarSwype Match, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

The Service

CarSwype Match is a car discovery tool. It helps you swipe through cars, save favorites, add notes, compare options, and receive match scores based on your preferences. It can also show you optional, clearly labeled offers from partner companies. We are not a dealer, broker, lender, insurer, or financial advisor.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.

Car Information and Decisions

Car details, scores, prices, availability, and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify specifications, pricing, safety, incentives, financing, insurance, and availability with reliable sources before making a purchase or lease decision.

Partner Offers and Referrals

Partner offers for insurance, financing, inspection, and warranty services come from independent companies. Offers are shown only for the categories you opt into, and each offer states when CarSwype may earn a commission if you continue. Showing an offer is not an endorsement, and partner money never changes your match scores or rankings.

When you continue from an offer, you leave CarSwype and enter a relationship directly with that partner. The partner is solely responsible for its products, quotes, pricing, availability, and service, and its own terms and privacy policy apply. Always review and confirm terms with the partner before buying anything. We may receive a commission from the partner, and offers and availability can change or end at any time without notice.

Email Communications

When you create an account, you agree to receive service emails connected to your use of CarSwype Match — for example when a recall is filed on a car you saved, when your match profile is ready, or a short nudge if you stop mid-way through your first ten swipes. We also send occasional product emails, like a summary of new cars that fit your preferences and posts from our blog that we think are worth your time.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time to stop all of these messages or just some of them — recall and safety notices for cars you saved can be turned off separately from everything else. Emails are written by the founder, iLyas. We do not sell or share your email address with partners or anyone else for marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, scrape or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others.

Your Content

You keep ownership of notes and other content you add to the app. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, and display that content back to you as part of the service.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
